• Support the Management in administering and leading the following sections (Planning & Budgeting, General Accounting, and Treasury).
• Oversee the business planning process, ensure financial support to the other sections and departments.
• Review and redesign finance processes, and identify ways to improve the Company’s financial performance, implement best practices in finance processes and procedures.
• Monitor financial and operational targets, monitor performance, and ensure transparency of business performance in line with the company's goals and objectives. The follow-up and control of the plans and budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective planning and cost control.
• Managing key support functions for information including accounting, planning, budgeting, financial controlling, treasury, and information reporting to Management.
• Ensure that the Management is informed of the accounts department’s activities at all times such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cash control, financial accounting, financial analysis, management information, insurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards and legal requirements by setting and monitoring financial controls.
• Prepare financial statements and other external and internal financial reporting.
• Maintain professional relationships with related parties including auditors, local authorities, bankers, consultants, and others
• Ensure the continuous development of talent within the accounts department to accommodate current and future needs.
