Corrosion Treatment Project of STS cranes, RTG cranes, and Spreaders.
 Meet with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project.
 Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
 Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
 Identify and recommend stock levels for components and assemblies, which are required; consequently authorize, or seek authority, within budgetary limits to purchase specific items.
 Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
 Ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget with the client.
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible, and hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
 Prepare and present progress reports and ensure the project is furthering organizational goals.

In 2021 the owner brought a coatings inspector from Finland to inspect our work for one month, and the results were great as he appreciated our work and knowledge about the work field, and as a result from that visit, we renewed our contract with the owner for 24 months, and I decided to start the process of being a certified coatings inspector.
