Corrosion Treatment Project of STS cranes, RTG cranes, and Spreaders.
Meet with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project.

In 2021 the owner brought a coatings inspector from Finland to inspect our work for one month, and the results were great as he appreciated our work and knowledge about the work field, and as a result from that visit, we renewed our contract with the owner for 24 months, and I decided to start the process of being a certified coatings inspector.

Execute all planned, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance works for Mechanical system like engines, transmission, gearbox, brakes, wire ropes, sheaves, wheel replacement, tires, bearings, couplings, vibration & alignment issues related for terminal equipment’s.
Planning and scheduling of manpower and material required for the maintenance, and break down analysis and elimination of repetitive break down.
Drive the staff in a way that everyone follows the right process and duties, being all able to perform the job.

Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
Plan the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works between the concerned parties.
Prepare RFIs and send them to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts. Compile a bill of quantity for the materials and calculation sheets.
Prepare, Follow-up, and review the shop drawings throughout the whole project and the as-built drawings before project closure to resolve any conflict.
Communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval and then share the drawings with all the concerned parties in the site. Handle communication with customers and subcontractors. Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
Prepare monthly progress, and accredit it from the owner.
