Reporting to project’s section head, with responsibility for Managing, planning and executing
HVAC projects according to international standards and codes including LEED, ASHRAE and LG standards, whilst keeping customer satisfaction in
mind. Duties included:
-Interpreting blueprints of the building and designing HVAC
systems
- Supervise installation of HVAC work.
- Supervise all projects installation, Re-design, and ordering of required air duct to comply with SMACNA standard and job requirements.
- Confirmation and inspection of approved design and specification of approved materials.
- Installation, Testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Preparing project schedule with the main contractor.
- Finishing projects before the dead line, within budget and with high customer satisfaction rate.
- Provide support for colleagues, checking B of Qs, Shop Drawings and make as built drawings.
- Handling site issues and coordinates with other MEP engineers.
Reporting directly to the general manager, with responsibility for solving technical issues, improving technical performance, introducing new technologies, maximizing profitability and making economical sound decisions regarding procurement.
• Brought Chinese investment to the company, reducing procurement cost greatly and increasing the company's competitive strength in the market.
