• Participate in planning and implementation of planned maintenance programs and supervise the maintenance work and participates in more complex electrical repairs and adjustments.
• Identify & select the correct application of spare parts and engineering materials, then review requisitions for ordering spare parts, materials and tools.
• Issue electrical danger notices as authorized and responds to emergency calls as required.
• liaise with operation and engineering personnel regarding electrical switchgear equipment in order to maintain performance reliability and productivity.
• Ensure company regulations relating to safety and work permits are observed.
• Enhancement to work methods, studies minor modifications, drawing and write descriptions for electrical switchgear equipment.
