Monitoring & supervising the daily production of oil seeds (sunflower, cotton seed, and Soybean) preparations, pre-pressing plant, Solvent Extraction plant with capacity 300 TPD.
Monitoring KPIs, Process Troubleshooting, Root cause analysis, Cost optimization, HAZOP analysis & ensuring process stable.
Collaboration with QA team & ensuring the quality of product with minimum cost.
Responsible to take corrective and preventive actions on non conformance report.
Ensure following the principles of GMP, Safety procedures, and Documented technical and requirements in alignment with company-established protocol.
Properly Receiving Raw Material & ensuring timely delivery of the finished goods.
Working with Maintenance Team (Electrical & Mechanical team) to minimize production breakdown time.
Making duty roaster for employees & other staff for using manpower effectively.
Making daily, monthly and yearly production report for Solvent Extraction Plant .
Monitoring & supervising of edible oil refinery operations (sunflower and Groundnut) plant with capacity 60 TPD.
Supervise personnel assigned to edible oil refinery operations.
Monitoring KPIs, process troubleshoot and resolve edible oil refinery operational issues.
Collaboration with QA team & ensuring the quality of product with standards.
Responsible to take corrective and preventive actions on non conformance report.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve edible oil refinery operations.
Ensure following the principles of GMP, Safety procedures, and Documented technical and requirements in alignment with company-established protocol.
Working with Maintenance Team (Electrical & Mechanical team) to Implement preventive maintenance programs for oil refinery equipments.
Oversee the ordering and inventory of edible oil refinery supplies.
Making daily, monthly & yearly production report for Oil Refinery plant.
Operate all refinery equipments and processes as per SOPs approved, to refine edible oils (sunflower & groundnut), plant capacity 60 TPD.
Implement the supervisor’s directives according to the choice recipe as applicable.
Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Achieving the assigned shift production targets.
Troubleshooting the production issues.
Controlling the usage of chemicals and avoiding wastage.
Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
Maintain accurate records of production, process parameters, and quality control data.
Compliance with principles of GMP, Safety procedures, and Documented technical and requirements as per company protocol.
