- Prepare tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any
missing data including; shipping costs, insurance, and any regional requirements.
- Review draft tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tender are
included.
- Prepare reports and supporting documents to submit to Proposal Coordinator to identify
areas
- requiring more information to ensure the Company is positioned to win and secure bids.
- Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labour calculations for final approval.
- Interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and
raise queries against specification.
- Review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to
identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation.
- Prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final
tender documentation.
- Preparing RFQ for Supplier and starting the technical / commercial negotiation.
- Build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors
and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications.
- Evaluating the supplier capability and choose the best techno commercial offer.
Reviewing all tender terms and conditions.

Responsible for cable design and studying customer tenders' technical specifications, performs
the design and completes the technical questionnaires for offers.
* Choosing design of the cables and choosing them materials of Conductor, Insulation,
Assembly, Armoring and Sheathing.
* Designing of Technical offers for (Medium Voltage cables, Low Voltage Cables, Special Cables,
Instrumentation Cables and Telephone Cables) and Technical Data Sheet.
* Studying customer order specification, performs the design, issues the Bill of materials and
maintaining technical offer to sales persons according to international cable standards and
manufacturing request.
Scheduling, performing and supervising the testing and commissioning process of the Metro
trains (Machine and the control software).
* Testing the controlling software: TMS (Train Management System) and ATC (Automatic Train
Control System) performance and communication with the software supplier (Hunter
Company) to fix any bugs we had.
* Preparing and executing commissioning test procedures according to global and local supplier
(HYUNDAI Rotém) standards.
* Cooperating with the Egyptian National Authority for Tunnels (NAT) to put the passed trains
into operation.
* Delivering testing result reports to the project manager and main office in Korea.
Helping clients to select the proper pump/motor according to the application.
* Modeling the client system to select the best performance machine according to its
characteristic specifications and operation curves.
* Delivering the clients feedbacks to the development team to work on any existing issues.
* Design control and power panels for motors/pumps operation.
