Oversees the full scope of human resources. Directs staff in the areas of: organizational
structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits
administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure
development. Oversees development and monitoring of the human resources division
budget. Provides management support to the director as needed.

•Monitoring the quality of local & international financial
intermediation, where we put policies & procedures manual for all
departments as well as monitoring policies & procedures
implementation.
• Work with the business to promote a culture of Risk awareness and
control and to ensure consistency of practice and approach
throughout Corporate Banking.
• Share experience and knowledge by providing guidance to the
