- Liaise with third parties to ensure timely receipt of usage programs.

- Support branches and sales to increase card base through effective marketing.

- Ensure the timely distribution, maintenance and smooth running of cards machines to merchants.

- Build and maintain sound relationships with credit cards service providers / associations (MasterCard, Visa Etc).

- Supervise the usage of third party software / payment systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.

- Review and ensure systems compatibility with new cards products including risk assessment and costing associated with development / implementation of new products.

- Recommend and implement corrective actions to enable timely implementation of new cards products.

- Review, assess and authorise exemption requests to minimise the Bank’s risk exposure based on delegation of authority.

- Monitor the system to detect fraud incidents and take timely and effective corrective actions as and when necessary.

- Ensure timely reporting of card portfolio to Credit Analysis team.

- Manage the Compliance unit within the Card centre that ensures adequate procedures and system parameters are up to the standard set by VISA/MasterCard & SAMA.

Retail Banking Group - Cards Business Dept., Prepaid Cards Manager:

- Successfully implementing the first smart cards instant issuance world class concept in Saudi banks for both credit and debit cards.
- Successfully driving and completed the business and technical specifications and requirement for all cards related project, as follows:
-- EMV Card Manufacturing and Personalization projects.
-- Card Printer projects.
- Successfully passing all the tests and certification for smart debit cards from Saudi Payments Network (SPAN) in Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and debit and credit cards for VISA.

Banking Technology Department, SPAN2 Certification Centre Manager:

- Responsible for guiding and capturing a unified set of requirements from over a dozen major financial institutions in the Kingdom.
- Participated with an International smartcard vendor to define a solution satisfying the broad range of requirements.
- Successfully completed the business and technical specifications for the introduction of smartcard based financial application to the Kingdoms finance sector.
- Communicated and achieved agreement on proposed solution with all parties involved.
- Specified procedures and guidelines to establish a world-class certification centre for the overall solution.
- Produced a framework for the management of current and ongoing activities within the Certification Center with strict quality control measures.

- Developed Shareholder Voting System for Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) As Co-op Programmer with grade of A+.
