• Analyzes and evaluates complex business and apply with standard ERP domains (Supply Chain and their cross - functions…etc).
• Define the problem in ERP and Translating business requirements.
• Configuring the solution that suitable for the end- user.
• Creating a manual for end- user to avoid wrong error that appear.
• Updating and modifying the forms layout and reports that suitable for end- user.
• Handling non- clinics issue that face end- user and solve it.
• Create 4000 items for 8 Organizations in Oracle fusion (ERP).
• Mapping data of Supply chain such as item with category, financial accounts and Purchase Order.
• Define Deliver to Location.
• Add Oracle rules and do training on how to use Supply Chain function such as Purchase Requisition.
Achievements:
• Integration King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital with National Unified Purchasing Company (NUPCO) First Stage.
• Linked financial charge accounts with right supply chain category. 200 supply chain categories.
• Created our catalog items. I have created 7100 items in item master list of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital’s catalog.
• I have modified 9400 items in item master list of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital’s catalog.
• Trained 300 employees and update them with any change in Supply Chain Module.

Supply Chain Planning Duties:
• Reviewing the warehouse stocks related to how increasing inventory, reducing waste, or optimize internal customer service.
• Generating various reports related to stock movements, expiry, non-moving, consumption, replenishment requisition and releases for stock items.
• Ensure avoiding duplication action, overstocking in the warehouse.
• Interface all of functions within the hospital to manage demand planning and ensure consistent product.
Information Technology Duties:
• I am Super- User for Planning for ERP domains (Solving ERP Functional Issues, assessing the gap between the End - User Requirements and ERP capabilities and then Translating and Reforming Business requirements into Optimal EPR Solutions) for Four years.
• Collecting data and Designing the ERP Work Flow System Such as Security Metrix, Financial Authorization Approval Hierarchy from End - User to PNU Rector.
• Testing The ERP Solutions and Overload it until we find the missing Points which are out of Business Scope.
• Review and then approve ERP Business Intelligent KPI and Reports to be sufficient for the End- User’s Requirements.
Achievements:
• Building Annual Monthly Usage (AMU) from scratch.
• Advising new stuff that gets hire recently.
• Reverse Nutrition formulas cost center.
• I have competed my work Fusion cloud Oracle.
• KAAUH SCM and Configuration Implantation for two years

Logistics Planner Duties:
• Forecasting and developing a long term of Planning.
• Update and review the Hospital stock with requirements: correct manufacturers, packing size and matched description.
• Ensure that the inventory item catalogue is maintained accurately.
• Monitors Stock Level, makes the necessary action such as transfer the items between the regions based on consumption.
• Prepares product evaluation for new substitute product and send it to end user for review/approval.
• Assures duplication is avoided when adding items to the store’s inventory and the standardization of product is being maintained through amending.
• Prepare statistics concerning his assigned area Focus on the distribution of Medical in the Hospital.
Information Technology Duties:
• I am Super- User for Planning for ERP domains for Three Years (Solving ERP Functional Issues, troubleshooting, reporting system issues to Riyadh NGHA) for three years.
• Coordinate with Riyadh NGHA Hospital IT Team to solve and configure the problem of the Early Stage of Madinah Almunawarah NGHA IT due to Business differences On HIS and Logistics Systems from 2012 to 2014 ( two years).
• I coordinate with Madina NGHA IT and set up the Best Care system (HIS System) in Madinah Almunawarah NGHA on 2015- 2016 (one Year).
Achievements:
• Building Planning from for (NGHA) at Almadina from Scratch for specialize and critical centers.
• Making a Set up for ten Cost centers of Medical supplies.
• Complete Laboratory Tender for 2014.
• Assigned as OR Specialist in General nursing committee in 2013.

• Completed 50 Cases of Equivalent courses.
• Examiner for 15 Exams.
