Developing a business strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Assesses the impact of commercial opportunities by analyzing relationships among several different data sources to formulate effective action plans
Developing Business opportunities with mass market new Leads and existing clients for Management System Standards Certifications and related training programs and other types that comply with the market demand like HSE cases, Process Safety Management & Product Certifications.
In charge of developing EnMS 50001 (Energy Management System) - ISO 27001(Information Security Management System) - OH&SMS45001 (Health & Safety Management System) - ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) - EMS14001 (Environment Management System) - IATF16949 (Automotive Quality Management System) - ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)-ISO13485:2016 (Medical Devices)-CE Mark (Medical & Construction) - BRC, Global Gap, Grasp, Sedex and other certifications portfolio.
In charge of developing Management System Standards - Lean Six Sigma - PMP (Project Management Professional) - Industrial -HSE - Compliance Training -Functional Training -Business Management and other training programs.
In charge of stablishing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, also monitoring and evaluation social media marketing activities within TÜV marketing department and provide them by the suitable feedback and decisions.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Develop and Coach entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Plan, Design & Establish the annual training plan.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Responsibility for the concept design, development, planning, budgeting, negotiation, execution and delivery of training Courses.
Ensuring client satisfaction and working to eliminate any source of dissatisfaction encountered by collaborating with operational staff.
Manages training partner’s relationship through the partnership lifecycle. Plays liaison role & agreements with partners; ensuring needs from both parties are met to facilitate a successful training program and relationship.
