• Responsible for follow up with customers to collect their dues.

follow up with the responsible department until it be solved.
• Handling customer payments, bank transfers and always make sure that it’s
reflected on their accounts.
• Handling monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management reports for real estate and services collections.
• Handling Hotels accounts and their monthly collections.
• Handling Shops accounts and their monthly collections.
• Usual support for sales team with needed real estate payments plans and
scenarios.
• Usual update for master data file with clients updated contacts and emails.
Bachelors’ certification in accounting from faculty of commerce, Cairo university.
