* My role is about providing implementation, configuration, managing, integration, monitoring and on going support of :

\[+\] IT infrastructure virtualization technology with type 1 hypervisors (VMware Exi, Microsoft Hyper-V).

\[+\] Storage Infrastructure of mixed unified array appliances Dell EMC "VNX, Unity, RecoverPoint & Compellent ", NetApp "FAS & E-Series".

\[+\] IT Infrastructure rack servers & blades (Cisco UCS, Dell & HP).

\[+\] SAN switches (Cisco MDS as well as Brocade).

\[+\] Backup & Replication environment (Veeam, ArcServe & Veritas).

\[+\] Hybrid cloud file sharing & syncing solution.

* As well as below roles.

\[+\] IT Project Management, include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

\[+\] Service Level Management as per ITSMS/ISO 20K & ITIL Standards.

\[+\] Exploring & proposing latest technologies that could help achieving business needs.

Duties:

#* Department of IT System Infrastructure (Enterprise Computing Engineer):


\[+\] Technology research that align with the firm IT strategy vision and realization; including project and execution.

\[+\] Manage the implementation, configuration, deployment and ongoing support of the VMware VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V & Citrix XEN server infrastructure hosting enterprise applications.

\[+\] Deploy, install, manage and maintain company Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix XenDesktop, N-Computing).

\[+\] Deploying, Managing and support of Linux systems and run-of-business activities included Firewalls, VOIP, Mail, Apache, and other network services (NFS, FTP, SAMBA, Squid, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP ...etc.) under various type of Linux distributions.

\[+\] Monitor, produce metrics and status reports to present infrastructure hardware & software performance.

\[+\] Analyze and resolve enterprise system hardware and software problems.

\[+\] Installing, managing and troubleshooting of a broad range of Microsoft technologies including: Window Server 2003, 2008 and 2012; Exchange Server 2013; SCOM.

\[+\] Installing, managing and maintenance Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File servers and windows operating system clustering under windows server 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2 and 2012.

Duties:

# IT section : Network & System Engineer, my responsibilities includes:

\[+\] Design and implement networks (Routing, IP address planning, VPN and NAT).

\[+\] Manage switches and routers (Cisco, Avaya, D-link, MikroTic and Vyatta) and install Network printers, IP Phones and other network peripherals.

\[+\] Provide private cloud IaaS to serve business IT infrastructure needs by Designing, implementing and managing multiple virtualization environments (VMware ESXi, XEN Server).

\[+\] Install, configure and manage Network Storage (ISCSI, mapping of SCSI over TCP/IP, NFS and CIFS).

\[+\] Install and manage cloud management system (cloud stack).

\[+\] Network & System administration and troubleshoot over Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu and Windows server 2008 & 2012.

\[+\] Manage employees accounts and enforce company polices through Active Directory under windows server 2012.

\[+\] Manage firewall, anti-virus and Intrusion detection systems.

\[+\] Install and configure monitoring systems (Nagios and Zenoss).

\[+\] Monitor network infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, printers and storages.

\[+\] Design, install and manage super Wi-Fi broadband solution for WISP.

Duties:
 IT Department : Technical support responsibilities include:

• Responsible for LAN design, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance network services(SNMP, FTP, SAMPA, NFS, SQUID ...etc).

• All neccesoray configuration for Cisco routers and switches.

• Manage employees accounts and enforce company polices via Active Directory in addition to implementing and managing File Server, DHCP and DNS roles under Windows Server 2008.

• Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting IP PBX system (asterisk).

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of all systems hardware or software within a clients digital environment (Printers, IP phones, Windows XP, Windows 7...etc).

• Backup and restoring viruses Type of data (database, directories and whole operating system) under linux or windows.
