Responsible for all KH-EAST Depot Financial Activities including:-
* Processing of receipts and payments.
* Post transaction entries to the system.
* Revise the employees' monthly payroll sheet.
* Participate in budget preparation.
* Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
* Maintain the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Ledger.
* Ensure adequate implementation of cost allocation method for indirect & overhead expenses within the company's sections.
* Other tasks related to the position or directed by the Financial Controller or the MD.
* Following and reconciling with 3 banks.
* Preparing of daily cash and sales reports.
* Custody of main & petty cash.
* Book-keeping.
Supervising and support all related transportation trucks spareparts , documents control, renew insurance policies and everything related to drivers petty cash managing wages government transactions outdoor businesses logistic support with engineering
