Manage and direct account staff to ensure that they receive sufficient motivation, training and performance of their career responsibilities in accordance with required standards
Help develop business plans to enable the company to achieve its objectives
Coordinating between financial management to document and activate financial policies in accordance with the plan prepared by the management.
Develop and prepare all other necessary controls and processes to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements and rules
Follow up the financial information system by ensuring that accurate information is submitted on time to make administrative decisions
Follow-up of the loan and scheduling file and prepare a time frame for repayment of debts
Prepare and monitor cash flow changes and their records to determine the optimal use of funds or the need to increase revenues

Supervision of work sites, projects, follow-up movement costs, daily expenses, and follow-up sites.

Monitor project progress, schedules and expenditures.
Help plan projects from start to finish (estimates, budgets, schedules).
