- Supporting Shell Course Directors on all requirements during training events.
- Handle and report learning issues to skill learning solution advisors.
- Meet & greet international directors/visitors coming to PDO training center.
- Lean ambassador in the learning center.
- Handle and issue payments to Shell for more than 1 million dollars on yearly basis.
- Liaise with Course Directors from Shell Learning on all administrative requirements for the learning events.
- Liaise with Event Management Coordinators from Shell Learning and coordinate all logistical requirements related to the hub events.
- Ensure all visas for Shell participants who require visas have been obtained well in advance.
- Complete and ensure all data entries (e.g. Work order/Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Service Entries) into SAPpHIRE related to Hub events and Shell Non-Technical Courses are timely done.
- Working closely with learning solution advisors and assist them to identify learning needs.
