• Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, billing, payroll, etc.
• Update & implement financial policies and procedures.
• Preparation of monthly business unit dashboard (P&L).
• Auditing all financial & accounting cycles including purchases, inventory, assets, etc
• Support the senior management team and department heads with in-depth financial analysis as requested by management.
• Organizing payable system and improve relations with debtors.
• Monitoring daily reports of all financial and accounting transactions.
• Supervise and maintain a tight monthly financial closing process.
• Analyze income statements, department expenses, conduct reviews and report on performance.
• Preparation of Vat report.
• Preparation of annual financial statements files for auditing office.
Bachelor's degree from Alexandria university - faculty of English commerce - Accounting Section with grade "Good"
