- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of HPE switches, and HPE wireless controllers and Access points for Enterprise network.
-Managing Windows server and services including (Domain controller, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, File server, Print server, …), windows desktops and printers.
-Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware Vcenter environments. Ensure the utilization of proper change management procedures regarding the installation and testing of all upgrades. Configure and ensure backups both online and offline backups.
-Avaya Aura IP-PBX telephone system administration, programming functions such as hunt groups, VDNs, vectors, coverage path, DID, Agent Login IDs, and IVR solutions.
-Call Center system administration, configurations, data capturing, reports and analysis.
-Administration of Triple Play IPTV and Digital Signage servers and products, including decoders, streamers, VoD servers, and STBs.
-Administrating and implementation of IP CCTV systems including NVRs, storage, site design, and selection of IP cameras.
-Provide hardware and software support for Austco Nurse Call system devices including servers, controllers, in-room equipment, network devices, Nurse touch screen station, and VoIP gateway;
-perform system upgrades with new releases and models including patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
-Provide Tier-2/3 Support on related Information technology systems component; Consistently update related documents; ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, desktops, printers, and other technology peripherals, ensure system availability and reliability.
-Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning; troubleshooting problems and outages.
-Secures systems by establishing and enforcing policies.
-Systems integration and improve configuration management.
-Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
(Automated Traffic Violation Administrating and Monitoring- ATVAM ) Project :
- Implementation of project plan provided by PMO, follow PMO for the final acceptance of the verified systems.
- Manage the team effectively to meet MOI requirements and constraints.
- Provide Installation and maintenance for RED-FLEX law enforcement systems with In-road sensors of Inductive loops. In addition to all related networking and electrical work.
- Provide Installation and maintenance for Xerox Drive safe law enforcement systems (Fix Red &Speed) with In-road sensors of Sensys magnetometer pucks. In addition to all related networking and electrical work.
- Installation and maintenance for Vitronic fixed Enforcement system with PoliScan Lidar technology.
- Develop structured maintenance plans and deploy it in effective manners.
- Managing, directing and motivating the team to accomplish the tasks provided by the top management, prepare and distribute daily status reports.
Main Responsibilities : Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, collect, and analysis data for Tetra Pak Machines TBA 19 and TA 3 Speed ( Filling Machine, Helix, line controller, Straw Applicator, Cardboard Packer, Shrink Machine ) in area of mechanical adjustment, Electronic / PLC troubleshooting .
Technical support for Tetra Pak Engineers, specify and order Spare Parts .
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for electric and control systems , and Basic Mechanical repair for AC Induction Motors .
- Attend technical meetings with customers to define the requirements and design baselines, site surveying.perform projects studying and prepare the proposals.
- Work to answer customer’s questions and track customer issues to completion.
- Remote and on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting on the customer systems.
- Configure the following systems: IP Telephony (Avaya IP office 500 and, Panasonic NCP), Cisco Networking switches and routers, Wireless LAN, CCTV (surveillance system), Access Control system, Fire Alarm system, and PA system.
- Provide the technical support, and make training for the customers, follow up the customers, close the contract with its conditions.
- Follow the technical team for the implementation, and manage projects.
The training includes : Cisco System ( Routering, Switching, Network security, TCP/IP, MPLS, … ), WANs (Frame relay, Leased Line, ADSL, …), Wireless LAN, Access point configuration, CMTS (Antenna installation and Cabling ( UTP & Coaxial ) ) .
