HR Operations and Process Improvements:
• Deploying robust HR systems and procedures across multiple offices, streamlining operations, and ensuring consistent practices throughout the organization.
• Introducing various HR programs, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement initiatives, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.
Employee Relations and Guidance:
• Providing general HR advice and guidance to staff, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Fostering effective communication channels to promote employee engagement and ensure transparent and fair HR practices.
Strategic Planning in Recruitment:
• Providing leadership and vision for managing the entire recruitment cycle - selection, hiring & recruiting, manpower mobilization, employee induction, and orientation plans, employee onboarding and training, and accurate documentation, while managing the whole recruitment process to fill open positions effectively.
