•Handling all kinds of customer financial necessities while assisting Branch Manager and Branch operation Manager in order to provide excellence in customer service at the front end and back end.
•Handling priority customers with all their financial investments and queries related to bank’s products and services.
•Cross sell Al Hilal Bank promotions and existing products while achieving team / individual targets in every month.
•Handling SME Customer in close contact with RM in (corporate and retail banking) also working with SME credit / compliance / Risk to cater Primary target market.
•Handling all products in Retail & SME that bank is offering like- Fix Deposits, Wakala, Home Finance, Credit Card, Personal Finance, Auto Finance, Business Installment Finance, Service Finance, Deposit (SME), Current, Saving, Payroll and Corporate accounts.
•Handling LG (letter of Grantee) processing with Central Operations department in order to accomplish time lines.
•Handling all FD (Fix Deposit) TD (Term Deposit) processing as well as documentation.
•Maintain Call reports MIS for complains on daily bases and assist BSSM in branch to resolve customer issues.
•Providing high quality service to ensure customer retention along with referral solicitation and maintaining high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
•Responsible for Central Bank collection department for new cheque/ return cheque / PDC Cheque and DD processing.
•Working with branch operations department to complete all policies related documentation in order to provide fast and better customer service.
•Handling customer complaints and feedbacks within the turnaround time in coordination with other departments
•within bank and outside bank.
•Handling all compliance related matters in terms of documentation of cash and customer handling.
