Working as a Service team leader, supervising the daily operations of the technical service team and responsible for Action plans, New Projects implementations, Spare parts status and customers satisfaction based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the executive manager all relevant issues in order to keep him permanently updated about the state of the department
• Anticipating and identifying any problems that may be arised, to solve them or propose alternative solutions
• Performing Planning, scheduling installation, operation, application, urgent and routine repairs, and completing the PPM on time for our company equipment in different places all over Saudi Arabia

• Supporting and providing the technical team with information and knowledge

• Comunicating with some of our international Partners (Request for quotations- Tender specifications issues - Troubleshooting and quality issues)
