HSE Management:
 Ensure that HSE requirements are documented and understood by all participated workers.
 Compliance with HSE procedures as per client standard.
 Supporting H.S.E team for evaluating site riskiness and preparing risk assessment.
 Ensure from workers PPE’s and equipment safety certificate to meet client safety rules.
 Participating of safety meeting (toolbox talk).
 Maintain HSE focus for project duration.

Client Relationship:

 Ensure that client requirement and needs are being identified and managed effectively.
 Identify, document, and communicate the client requirements.
 Maintain and build healthy client relationship throughout project and post-completion.
 Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with Client as they arise, in conjunction with Project Manager.

Project Management Support:

 Support the Manager of Project in developing and implementing strategy to deliver the project.
 Support the project manager in the cost control, planning/scheduling, forecasting, estimating, contracts, procurement and document management.

Cost Control:

 Direct the planning and preparation of accurate project estimates.
 Establish cost reports for control of projects.
 Monitoring and control of all cost aspects of the project and take action to avoid cost overruns.

Procurement Management/Support:

 Preparing supplier/vendor/Subcontractor inquiries with proper data as per approved document/drawing.
 Ensure that clear objective set for the procurement team.
 Assess procurement process throughout the project to ensure material meet specification are delivered on time and within budget.
 Supporting procurement team for material inspection and RFI (Request for inspection) approval.
 Negotiation with supplier, vendor and subcontractor.
 Witnessing FAT and SAT.
Construction Management:

 Studying the scope of work accurately.
 Interpreting specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction.
 Conducting site survey for site condition evaluation.
 Collecting any missing data related to the project engineering and construction.
 Carrying out work proposal with all required attachment.
 Monitor the Construction Management function to ensure safe delivery of the project within cost and schedule objectives.
 Arranging and leading project kick-off meeting.
 Ensuring from workers, equipment and material gate passes.
 Carrying out method of statement.
 Leading instruction meeting with workers before construction commencement to set clear objectives.
 Ensuring from work permit, isolation permit, excavation authorization and any requirement to meet client work procedures.
 Supervising and following project to ensure implementation quality to meet client satisfaction.
 Monitoring work progress and time schedule.
 Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met project requirement.
 Leading/assisting with investigations of electrical-related issues, including cause analysis as needed.
 Carrying out periodical work report (Daily/Weekly/ Monthly).
 Leading electrical work progress meeting.
 Supporting QC team for preparing and approving the completed scopes RFI (request for inspection).
 Carrying out testing and commissioning.
 Carrying out punch list clearance.
 Ensuring from site housekeeping after work completion.
 Handing over work location.
 Supporting QS team with required backup for invoice issuance.
 Carrying out project final dossier.
 Carrying out any required duties related to project.
