• تحليل التكاليف وتوزيع مراكز التكلفه لكل فرع و لكل عقد او حسب امر العمل .
• مطابقة كشف حساب البنك شهرياً و اعداد مذكرة تسوية البنك .
• مطابقة ارصدة الموردين و اعداد الشيكات اللازمه عند الحد الائتمانى المناسب .
• متابعة تحصيل مستحقات الشركة لدى العملاء و اعداد كشف حساب دوريا .
• إدارة الاصول الثابتة و توزيع مصاريف الاهلاك بمراكز التكلفة بالمدة الزمنيه.
• المساهمة فى اعداد الميزانية و قائمة الدخل وفقا لمعاير المحاسبه و المراجعة .
• Preparing business transactions and prepare relevant accounting entries using computerized accounting systems.
• Accounts Payable, includes following up with vendors and issuing checks in a timely manner.
• Accounts Receivable, including processing invoices, follow-up customers and supply management position customer balances
• Banking, processing including bank deposits, reconciliations and all associated finance entries.
• Preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.
• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
• Prepares and verifies the staff monthly pay roll ensuring the proper and correct calculation of additions and deductions in the staff entitlements.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

• Record accounting transactions in the general journal and secondary ledger.
• Compile transaction in general ledger books and analytical balances each month in order to prepare and to make sure of their validity for access to business results.
• Daily update for customers’ accounts and bank reconciliations.

• Follow-up collection of receivables and the company's scheduled debts.
• Preparation of monthly payrolls, bonuses and commotions.
1- القيام باجراء الحصر الدورى ميدانيا لاحضار الممولين الجدد
2- تحرير محاضر فورية بالحصر الدورى للمول
3- عمل الفحص الازم لقوائم الممول و موقفه المالى
4- تحديد الاوعيه الماليه التى يقع عليها الضريبه
5- اجراء التسويات الماليه الخاصه بالتحصيل
6- التاكد من اكتمال و صحة الوثائق و المستندات المقدمة من الموولين.
• التاكد من صحة و اكتمال السجلات المحاسبية من واقع المستندات الأصلية.
• متابعة حسابات المؤسسات في البنوك و التاكد من صحة ارصدتها.
• حفظ السجلات و الوثائق المالية و المحاسبية بطريقة سليمة تسهل الرجوع اليها و مراجعتها عند اللزوم.
• القيام بما يكلفه به المسؤول عنه في حدود واجبات و مسؤوليات و صلاحيات و سلطات الوظيفة.
تدريب ميدانى على جميع انواع الحسابات بالقطاع المالى
1- اعداد قيود اليوميه بالدفاتر و تسجيلها ببرنامج اوريكال المالى
2- القيام بمطابقات حساب البنك و اعداد مذكرة تسوية البنك
3- متابعة مقاولى الباطن و اعداد الحسابات الخاصه بالمستخلصات
4- تحليل و توزيع التكاليف الخاصه بالشركة
