* Responsible for the Parts Business and the operation of the Warehouse.
* Ensuring the warehouse is run with maximum efficiency and profitability by maintaining stock levels that meet the demands of customers, the workshop and Scania CV standards whilst keeping obsolescence to a minimum.
* Responsible for managing the customer relationship, ensuring that customers and the workshop have great confidence in the warehouse through the provision of quality parts in a timely manner - always striving to increase parts and services sales.
*Demand forecasting based on the previous consumptions reports.
*Diminishing dead stock to minimum by ordering right parts, being updated with suppliers when there are modifications suggested, negotiating and checking the parts list delivered with new vehicles from the supplier before accepted and being strict with workshop when ask for parts order(implementing routines).
*Planning and determining the required annual budget
*Having healthy stock
*Stock control (increasing stock turn over, reducing safety stock, using proper ordering way, increasing service level)
* Supervising Buses and trucks maintenance
* Technical support for commercial vehicles sales department for the brands ( Hyundai, Yutong Bus, Shacman Trucks, Lohr Trailers).
* Negotiating specs with the suppliers based on customers need and technical possibilities.
* Commercial vehicles spare parts sales
* Preparing spare parts orders and follow up until received in the store.
* Stock control
* Supervising annual inventory
* Pre- Delivery Inspection for the new vehicles.
* Dealing with customer's warranty claims.
* Train the technicians on new technical updates from the suppliers,
In addition to standard way to repair heavy vehicles various systems using service manual and prepared presentation.
* Dealing with DMS (Dealer Management System i.e Autoplus) and OSN (Online Service Network i.e Weichai Power and Yutong Bus Co., Systems)
* Using electronic parts catalogue
* Preparing detailed performance reports and sending them to suppliers describing the weak points in order to improve the specs.
* Representing company in the conferences prepared by suppliers.
* End-users visit
* Negotiating specs with suppliers and reporting weak points arise during operation based on customer's feedback and workshop inspection
* Travelling with the big customers to suppliers factories.
* Water pumps sales.
* Protective and repair maintenance of water pumps.
* Site management which include but not limited to the following activities:
1\ Supervising Water pump installation
2\ Supervising Water pump connections
3\ Supervising 600 kW Diesel engine installation according to supplier specifications.
4\ Supervising Gear box installation and preparation.
5\ Materials and tools preparation
6\ Acquiring the temporary labor if needed
7\ Holding regular meeting
8\ Managing budget
9\ Supervising Vacuum pump installation and its connections
10\ Supervising the delivery, suction lines and Butterfly valves installation.
11\ Meet with the customer regular to follow up the work progress.
12\ Checking quality as per agreed metrics.
13\ Planning for the activities
14\ Directing to work over time if needed.
15\ Supervising air compressor and its connection installation
16\ Supervising pipes fabrication according to the standards API.
17\ Make sure that safety precautions are fully followed.
