• Implementing Lean Tools to Eliminate Waste, Reduce Cost, Improve Quality and Reduce Product Cycle Time.
• Planning and organizing production schedule
• Analyze stopping for production lines, set plans for decreasing the unplanned stops .
• Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives
• Control and follow up the production operation from the raw material mounting until the finished product delivered to the finished product warehouse.
• Ensure the shift closing on SAP and make daily material consumption.
• Issue monthly production reports (Performance, OEE, Waste percentage, and Material Consumption).
• Ensure that the production process & staff are working according to the safety regulations.
• Assure that the production process is efficient, safe, and can help to deliver excellent results with minimum possible errors.
• Discussion daily and monthly production schedule with plant team.
