•Assist company manager on EHS issues/projects to achieve and sustain compliance with legal regulations/requirements.
•Implement and support enforcing of Givaudan and national / Local QEHS policies, programs, and procedures.
•Ensure compliance with national/local QEHS regulation and Givaudan directives.
•Assist line management in all injury investigations and all significant near-miss reports.
•Support quality & Lean team as a company document controller, Audits.
•Arrange staff QEHS training for all staff (First Aid, Firefighting...)
•Achieved risk assessments for the Egypt site processes.
•Develop, understand, report and utilize KPIs to drive performance.
•Execute QEHS regular inspections / internal audits for the site.
•Monitor the exposure to hazardous substances and take protection steps for EHS
•Manage emergencies drills and lead incident investigation
•Report and communicate regularly within the site/region.
•Handling 3rd party EHS audits and local authority’s audits (Certifications bodies, Civil defense & Environmental office).
•Ensuring effective & sustained quality department performance and evaluation for QA staff.
•Established QHSE policies manuals and procedures.
•Assure documents approval, control, distribution, revision.
•Develop & Following HSE risk assessment, incidents, and evaluations.
•Plan the internal audit, Coordinator with external audits.
•HSE / Quality awareness training for manufacturing staff
•Lead investigation /analysis of customer complaints.
