Undertake all work phases of engineering, field activities, design engineering deliverables, civil materials, and construction methods for development of various work areas, namely recreational assets comprising of site wide infrastructure.
•Implement the practices and procedures as well as International Design Codes and Standards including broad knowledge of Saudi government compliance standards.
•Thorough knowledge of discipline engineering techniques, software, the design of engineered systems and design calculations.
•Managing the design/installation/operation/maintenance of Civil work for Infrastructure facilities/assets.
•Undertake both design-build and design-bid-build forms of procurement with contractors and consultants.
•Implement field construction and inspection of Civil work for initial acceptance.
•Understanding of the roles played by other departments on projects including basic construction practices and the economics involved.
•Perform engineering work planning, scheduling and cost estimating.
•Work with discipline-specific Autodesk Design suite (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Civil3D AutoCAD, Navisworks) design workflows and impacts to discipline productivity, schedule, budget, and staffing plans.
