• Organizing the tourism operation and preparing quotations for all programs
• Responsible of all operational aspects in the agency and holding contacts with all agents outside Egypt.
• Making deals and agreements with Hotels and restaurants.
• Responsible to sign business contracts with hotels, restaurants, transporting companies, and travel agencies outside Egypt.
• Initiating new contacts with new travel agencies to sell the company programs and services in new destinations.
• Controlling and supervising the operation team, representatives at airport and hotels.
• Controlling the operation System and buses in the company.
• Responsible for contact with the travel agents in Europe, FAR EAST (Gulliver's Travel Agency "GTA") and also the agents in the United States.
