ALJ (ATLAS) are the distributors of Japanese Brands Daihatsu, Subaru & HINO in Sudan.

They had a huge stock of aged stock and decided to appoint me as the joint Marketing & Sales Manager (replacing two independent department managers).

We managed to re-launch the brand and clear the aged stock (over 3yrs old units) with in the 11 months. Further to that we introduced the HINO trucks back into the market during the worst economical situation.

We reduced the Marketing (OPEX) by over 60% by using target based marketing and smart media services such as SMS, Social Media and B2B techniques.

We acted as the local agents for SINOPEC, PETROCHINA, SINOCHEM, as well as numerous other renowned companies.

I was also the team leader for the Medical subsidiary, acquiring Roche Diagnostics as the leader of Medical equipment in Sudan.

I designed and implemented with each specific subsidiary the groups overall Market strategy for Product or Service penetration.

We travelled world wide to acquire agencies for Sudan and the region Oil & Gas industry.

I have a huge network of International companies with close personal relations.
