- Monitor and supervise monthly stock and balance inventory.
- Manage the disbursement of payroll on fortnightly and monthly basis of salaried, piece rated and staff employees of the company through Bank and Cash.
- Payroll reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Report the overall status of expenses and income to the director of the company.
- To finalize the CMT rates as per SAM’s + FOH.
- Closely monitor and make month end report of export shipments and warehouse and all production floor status.
- Closely monitor inward and outward gate pass status.
- Responsible and authorized the all types of bills / payments.
- Undertake finalization of the monthly profit and loss of the production floor and Utility Division.
- Conduct monthly cost reviews with production and marketing team.
- Working as the team leader of cost minimization team to increase the efficacy of home textile / garments by Director of the company.
- Monthly stock valuation of the company.
- Any other task given by HOD/management.
Costing Have a good knowledge about fabric quality / threads / yarns counts / consumption, and do the costing for various qualities as required by costumer from USA, EUROPE & Middle East. Deal with costumers all issues related prices / quotations, negotiations and also online feedback.
Technical Coordination at various stages of stitching starting from folding through cutting to stitching and packing, Quality production targets and quality management, Shades/samples approval according to customer specifications, specially in made ups and fancy articles. Also direct dealing with customers through emails and on phone
Costing Have a good knowledge about fabric quality / threads / yarns counts / consumption, and do the costing for various qualities as required by costumer from USA & EUROPE.
Deal with costumers all issues related prices / quotations and also online feedback.
