Main Accountabilities:
1. Implement and follow up on public sales target under supervision of the Business Manager.
2. Follow up on marketing leads, and on other leads generated.
3. Meet with candidates, act as advisor and answer their questions. Register students, issue invoices, follow up on collections.
4. Provide inputs to the marketing department to ensure leads’ generation and market share growth.
5. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis with respect to the assigned products & collects testimonials from previous students for better marketing intelligence and customer service.
6. Ensure each student receives outstanding service by providing students with a friendly and supportive environment, maintaining outstanding standards and solid technical knowledge along with other components of student service.
7. Set class schedules; update schedules to reflect cancellations, reschedules, additions, and/or modifications of classes in coordination with the Operations Department.
8. Assign instructors to classes, and calculate instructors’ fees.
9. Explain policies and procedures to students and their employers; oversee compliance with Morgan’s policies, in order to keep quality consistency in customer service.
10. Ensure passing rate enhancement and proper follow up on students’ homework, attendance, and complaints.
11. Place order of marketing materials and classroom materials before the start of programs. Keep track of that as part of the inventory responsibility.

12. Gather, enter, and/or update data on MRM to maintain students and visitors’ records.
13. Prepare classes ahead of each lecture including checking classroom material along with hardware and software equipment's.
14. Keep the disbursement journal up to date by registering all related entries and submitting to finance department on a monthly basis after getting the BM approval.
15. Handle the office mail, the post office, the courier.
