A quality control manager at Shuttering Construction ( shutteringcontruction.com.eg ) at the project (Avaris residential compound) which is owned by United project management ( UPM ), the project is located in New Cairo, I'm responsible in both civil and architecture works of insuring
the utmost quality of the work done by matching the shop drawing & specifications of the job and completing any missing item needed by the job, passing through the internal infrastructure of each building and the main external infrastructure connecting all buildings, beside that I manage submitting Inspection requests to the consultants and dealing with any sudden situations and call for a meeting if necessary, this position ensured my experience in executing several items and gave me a wide extension to my quality control knowledge .
Recently, and from the 15th of February 2019 i was assigned to be the technical office manager beside my original quality duties, my agreement was based on the fact that the project has come to an end and the remaining works will not distract me from proceeding the technical office obligations.

This company was a combination of ordinary construction projects and soil related projects, I started with constructing a five floors building in Misr El gededa for both administrative and residential use, it was going to be a new headquarter for our company, we started with the curtain piles then a 4.5 meters deep excavation followed by a 40cm-thick plain concrete. The foundation consisted of separate pads with various column dimensions.My team consisted of 4 engineers for each division in the project, the whole team including workers and overseers was about 75 workmen. Some other projects I managed was piles, micro-piles, soil-nailing and anchor systems Project accordingly depending on the circumstances of the project, where a deep excavation project needs a deep pile design with a beam and struts, and so for side slops we use a special anchor system and it can be a soft sand excavation that needs soil nailing on the excavation sides. Similarly, a project can involve a leaning building which needs micro-piles to stop the lean.

As the office was responsible of part of the project, they needed to control the quality of the work. My duties involved insuring the utmost quality of execution for the inner roads, tarmacs, runways and aircraft parking bays. Work done consisted of stages, where the sub-contractor ( Nile for roads and bridges ) makes a finished stage QC check request. I ensured the correct dimensions and levels of the finished stage took place, and tested random specimen of the sides (if it was concrete) to verify the quality of mixture.
