Monitoring and reporting 5G sites ( ALMs, KQI and KPI ).
Dealing with incidents once occurred and doing analysis, checking performance and reporting the problem to the concern.
Follow up with NOC team till closing TT within SLA.
Working with 1st Line FO team in Zain Public Wi-Fi Project.
Aware with cWLCs, NetAct and NSP Platforms.
Monitoring BNG Alarms and KPIs (Nokia router 7750 SR-12).
