My Role & Responsibilities
1. Initiate and plan the project by establishing its format, direction, and base lines that allow for any variance measurements and change control.
2. Manage total projects with average 10 MM$ per physical year from feasibility study till project closeout documents.
3. Ensure that all the project control systems is applied & executed with excellence.
4. Manage the technology, people, and change in order to achieve goals, reach targets, and deliver the project on time and within budget.
5. Partner with the end users; work with launch team and cross functions to establish progress and direction of the project by achieving targets, solving problems, mitigating risks.
6. Creating a conductive environment for the project staff in a most cost effective manner.

1. Delivered all the projects with ZERO SAFETY INCIDENT.
2. Saving 8MM$ for the company through automation solutions Projects, effective ideas.
3. Delivered stretch target Time for 92% of the projects I had managed.
4. Delivered stretch target Cost for 90% of the projects I had managed.’
5. Delivered VSU (Vertical Start up) for 99% of the project I had managed.
Awards
1. I received plant IM Pillar Award for Achieving VSU on complex new bulk packing line.
2. I received Plant Golden Award for supporting VSU in laundry packing projects.
My Role & Responsibilities
1. Providing efficient supply of utilities to plant areas to ensure the smooth operation.
2. Ensure Smooth Boiler /water treatment/Turbine startup/shutdown Procedure is accomplished in efficient manner.
3. Prepare proposals for making Utilities equipment more efficient & optimized
4. Ensure the maintenance is performed on time with quality work to accomplish vertical start up of the equipment.
5. Managing change requests, Scope development, onsite execution plan.
Achievement
1. Reduce the total plant city water consumption by 7.3% (design new system for filters washing & design new system for process control on cooling tower)
2. Reduce the total plant electrical power consumption by 1.2% (by stopping 4 water pumps during winter time & reduce the speed of the CT fan)
3. Elimination of safety Hazards in Utilities area by Design & install a vent head on top of Blow down tank (prevent water from flashing outside tank.

1. I received plant Award for best Energy saving project developed & executed.
2. I received Plant Award for one of the Best safety inspector in the plant.
International Assignments
Support commissioning / start up of Utilities in the biggest sugar Refinery plant in SYRIA (NSC Plant) owned by Cargill (Nov 2007 - Dec 2007)
1. Preparation of Startup plan
2. Supply Technical Support /solution for Utilities troubleshooting during commissioning
3. Develop & Apply Utilities Process control system.
4. Conduct Technical training for the Utilities Syrian team.
5. Developing of process P&ID.
6. Develop & implement Utilities operation standard procedure.

1. Ensuring effective implementation of Safety & Quality systems.
2. Plan and introduce efficient production methods to maximize company output.
3. Develop and introduce methods to increase productivity at the production line.
4. Applying Problem Solving tools (Why -Why), Fish bone to solve chronic issues.
5. Solving the chronic issue was in the cooling system by using Problem solving tools.
6. Conduct WPI (work process improvement) to reduce work load over the contract labor.
