Joined as a Project manager in charge of the security systems at the
Holy Mosque projects (MAKKAH) and the High Commission for
Industrial Security (HCIS) Systems (SACS, IDAS, IDMS, ALPR, UVSS,
GATES, FENCI, ROAD BLOCKER, BARRIERS) at SHUQAIQ Water
Transmission Systems Phase -3.
• Ensure that the site team has all the technical information required to
proceed with installations as approved shop drawings, technical data as
per the established schedule/specifications.
• Ensure project plans are prepared and maintained.
• Representing Company in meetings with Clients and Stakeholders
• Review BOQs and orders for any discrepancies/variations and provide
inputs to design/procurement team
• Review the invoices before submitting to the client.
• Review the invoices received from the subcontractors to approve.
• Clarify details of the contract and manage contract variations
• Control the budget within the limits of the project tolerances approved
by the project sponsor.
• Implement a project communication strategy to inform all stakeholders
and provide regular reports.
• Manage third-party suppliers as appropriate.
• Monitoring the movements of associates and ensuring that the
company's targets are met.
• Coordination and solving problems with consultant to satisfy client
requirements.
• In charge for more than 12 sites (hand over & final as-built - testing and
labeling - under construction)
• Managing directly and indirectly more than 100 employees
• Leading the team to Ensure performance meet the project standards
• Assist the site engineers to review shop drawings & plan for installation
• Review the submittals of designed Shop drawings & as-built drawings
for the Low current (Structured Cabling System (SCS), Grounding and
Bonding, Rack Elevation, Communication Room layout, Termination
Schedule, Riser Layout, Schematic diagram, Typical Detail drawings etc.)
• Review the invoices before submitting to the client.
• Review the invoices received from the subcontractors to approve.
• Monitoring Stock balance to early order any required materials.
• Manage change requests and integrate approved into the project plan.
• Ensure acceptance of project deliverables by stakeholders /sponsor.
Responsible of electrical and low current engineering and construction supervision, which include daily site supervision of design activities, studying drawings, specification and contractual obligations; ensuring that the electrical and low current engineering work practices are compliant with policies and procedures
• Handover more than 6000 residential units plus 3 administration buildings and 2 mosques
• Inspection of Installing Electrical systems in villas and buildings such as (Lighting, Power, Telephone, Data, TV, fire alarm, Earthing …)
• Monitor daily the Contractor's work, procedures for handling, testing and construction\installation, safety and quality control program and his execution of project contract requirements.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance
• Witnesses and supervise commission and start up activates
• Holds daily meeting with contractor’s representative and consultant
• In addition to the mentioned responsibility, may acts as Construction Manager and may charge his responsibilities in smaller projects
Providing supervision and installation for all electrical and low current systems Including lighting, fixtures and fittings, circuitry, distribution panels, switchgear and low voltage systems, fire/security protection and detection systems, access control systems and uninterrupted power systems (UPS).
• Managing and monitoring safety and health precautions
• Managing more than 100 employees to achieve target dates and deadlines
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of procurement & calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per project specifications
• Installation of electrical power system low voltage system, medium voltage, lighting poles and lightning systems
• Preparing Daily & Weekly reports and submitting to the Project manager highlighting the problems affecting the progress in site.
