Joined as a Project manager in charge of the security systems at the
Holy Mosque projects (MAKKAH) and the High Commission for
Industrial Security (HCIS) Systems (SACS, IDAS, IDMS, ALPR, UVSS,
GATES, FENCI, ROAD BLOCKER, BARRIERS) at SHUQAIQ Water
Transmission Systems Phase -3.
• Ensure that the site team has all the technical information required to
proceed with installations as approved shop drawings, technical data as
per the established schedule/specifications.
• Ensure project plans are prepared and maintained.
• Representing Company in meetings with Clients and Stakeholders
• Review BOQs and orders for any discrepancies/variations and provide
inputs to design/procurement team
• Review the invoices before submitting to the client.
• Review the invoices received from the subcontractors to approve.
• Clarify details of the contract and manage contract variations
• Control the budget within the limits of the project tolerances approved
by the project sponsor.
• Implement a project communication strategy to inform all stakeholders
and provide regular reports.
• Manage third-party suppliers as appropriate.
• Monitoring the movements of associates and ensuring that the
company's targets are met.
• Coordination and solving problems with consultant to satisfy client
requirements.
