• Responsible for Chairman's Office meetings and Project's site visits, preparing reports about new and running projects to Cairo, Giza and Alexandria's Provinces.
• Coordinating and arranging weekly meeting with the Chairman and site engineering to follow up the progress and problems about the running projects.
• Responsible for follow up the situation of projects by loans and grants with Ministry of International Cooperation.
• Replying to parliament's letters that related to utilities problems and complains.
• Collecting and monitoring all projects under supervision of CAPW and reporting these professional details to the PMEU at Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development Monitoring project and CEO
• Performing regular visits to different CAPW Running projects Water and waste water station to assure the quality of projects time line as planned and reporting these visits to CAPW Chairman and PMEU (Project Monitoring and Evaluating unit head)
Responsible for negotiating and acquiring new projects
Involving in the preparation and review of documents, reading & developing drawings, and engaging in negotiation with customers & vendors
Formulating technical specifications & scope, deliverables, estimates, billing schedules, evaluation of quotes & placement of orders
Meeting Sales Target, make sure customers are happy with the products and services, implement clients complains and issues
An extensive experience in sales and technical support service
Extensive knowledge of various electronic devises; mobile phones, tablets, laptops, printers, scanners and cameras, software and hardware
IOS and windows phone and Android
Responsible for the electromechanical technical offers for the projects tenders - Server Administrator.
Composition of electro-mechanical offers for tenders (design drawings, tender drafting and calculation sheets)
Overseeing work/cost estimation, coordination at different levels with Dept., vendors contractors & statutory authorities
