Project: Qiddiya Core Temporary Utilities Project
• Project scope includes the design and building of temporary infrastructure for Qiddiya for potable water, storm drainage, irrigation, sanitary sewage, medium voltage cables (10 Km) as well as a district cooling plant with 28 chillers, STP, Potable water station 7500 m3, and Irrigation water station 3800 m3.
• Overseeing the design process using technical expertise and ensuring the design meets the project specifications.
• Communicated project scope to subcontractors and provided guidance to for construction managers on-site.
• Reviewed and approved subcontractors submissions (shop drawings, material approval requisitions, material supporting documents) prior to submission to client.
• Developed bills of quantities and ensured material submittals are aligned with project specifications.
• Spearheaded value engineering initiatives, particularly in infrastructure utilities coordination.
• Conducted thorough site inspections, optimizing utility trench layouts, pipe configurations, and ensuring utility levels met industry standards while swiftly resolving any arising issues.

Project: Southern Damas Hotel Project Red Sea (40 Villas, pool and spa).
• Completed project within a very tight timeline by facilitating weekly meetings to quickly resolve any clashes.
• Ensured the fast completion of the project by eliminating any possibility of rework, managed the creation of shop drawings, and refined Revit modeling to mitigate any potential delays.
• Directed a team of 6 MEP engineers and 4 draftsmen, collaborating with infrastructure, civil construction, fit out, and landscaping engineers for project completion.
• Developed material specifications detail to uphold project standards and quality requirements.
• Communicated project scopes to subcontractors, overseeing all activities and deliverables to align precisely with contractual obligations.

• Provided technical support throughout the construction project lifecycle and coordinated the activities of 4 subcontractors specializing in civil construction, fit-out, infrastructure, and low-current systems.
• Communicated with subcontractors, overseeing scope management, material submittals, procurement processes, and drawing submissions to maintain project quality standards.
• Verified subcontractor work, ensuring accuracy and completeness before invoicing the client.
• Managed variation orders, documenting changes and liaising with stakeholders to obtain client approvals.
Project: Head Office of the General Commission of the Guardianship of Trust Funds for Minors and their Counterparts (3 basements and 6 floor 1000 m2 each).
• Provided on-site engineering expertise, overseeing subcontractors specializing in DUCT, HVAC, and firefighting systems from excavation to project handover, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Directed the design and execution of all mechanical and electrical works, maintaining strict quality control.
• Verified subcontractor work completed on-site against contractual agreements for accurate invoicing.
• Prepared shop drawings and material submittals and discussed them with consultants to obtain approvals.

Project: NEOM Zone 4: Construction of 2 hotels and backhouse for worker accommodation
• The scope included the construction of 2 hotels 4 and 5 stars with 150 and 50 rooms respectfully as well as a worker camp, chiller plant, RO, STP and power plant.
• Managed the procurement of MEP material including supplier research, selection, negotiation, and orders.
• Ensured project completion within tight timeline by providing regular updates through detailed drawing reviews and collaborating with the testing and commissioning department to expedite project milestones for timely presentation to consultants.
• Managed inventory of material and liaised with the quantity surveyor to requisition necessary materials for project completion.
• Reviewed mechanical shop drawings, prepared material submittals, and facilitated approval processes with consultants.

• Managed the infrastructure works for mechanical networks including Domestic Water, Fire Fighting, Storm Drainage, Sanitary Sewer, and Irrigation.
• Prepared shop drawings and materials submittal to be approved by consultant.
• Reviewed subcontractor invoices to be according to completed work on-site.
