Business development and Sourcing high-tech products in health sector for medical devices from VOLCANO corporation and CeloNova Biosciences .
VOLCANO corporation
Develops, manufactures and commercializes abroad suite of devices (IVUS & Catheters) designed to facilitate endovascular procedures, enhance the diagnosis of vascular and structural heart diseases and guide optimal therapies.
CeloNova Biosciences .
Develops, manufactures and markets of products (coronary stents) based upon the unique properties of polyzene -F pairing polymer science innovation with cutting edge devices.
Key responsibilities
Development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics for Angioplasty product ( stents & catheters ) in order to achieve overall product objectives.
Management of product performance and forecasting product sales.
Achievement of defined sales targets while maintaining the level of defined product promotion costs.
I gained more than one year of rich experience in cardio-intervention field in UAE through one of the biggest intravascular medical devices companies ( VOLCANO )which give me power to build effective business relationship with cardiologist key opinion leaders doctors and critical members of private and institution sectors in UAE .
I was responsible for the introduction of our product in UAE ministry of health ( MOH ), Dubai health authority ( DHA ) and most of the private hospitals in UAE
AstraZeneca Egypt pharmaceuticals ( Cardio-Vascular Line )
Working in Astra Zeneca team, as for the institution work I was responsible for Cairo University ( El Kasr el Aini hospitals), National Heart Institute and most of the private hospitals in Cairo & Giza..
I have six year experience in cardio-vascular line ( Atacand & Atacand plus )
Also worked in Gastroenterology ( Losec, Nexium) where I had part in the Nexuim launch and introduction of the Nexuim ampoules in Ain-shams specialized hospital and other hospitals in April 2006.
As a part of my job was to achieve my sales target versus certain budget yearly.
