• Assist the EMEA Regional Director of EHS in the development and pursuit of HP objectives and targets • Promote an enhanced EHS culture and obtain cooperation and involvement from Leaders and employees • Assist in the development, implementation and coordination of policies, programs and processes to protect and promote the highest standards of EHS within the EMEA operational region, ensuring conformance with corporate and other requirements, and compliance with all applicable legal EHS requirements • Assist in the planning, management and execution of compliance/corporate audits within HP • Assist Regional EHS with existing and emerging safety risk reduction measures and training programs. Support alignment of strategic plan objectives with global EHS expectations • Act as an EHS Strategic Partner (mentor, coach, technical expert, internal consultant EHS champion) to line management of the 9 sites in Europe and 10 sites in the Middle East . • Provide leader ship, guidance and support in all areas of occupational safety. Provide site support related to injury prevention • Establish and maintain safety performance measurement systems and communicate performance to senior management • Support the implementation and maintenance of the HPEHS Management System: coach management and employees; support management in development of opportunities to secure meaningful widespread employee involvement in EHS programs • Act as EHS Champion in Change Management - act as catalyst, share knowledge to empower others • Assume roles and responsibilities and support / facilitate activities within each of the site`s programs helping to meet the requirements of HP Performance Standards and Guidelines. These span a broad range and include: technical expert on life critical safety absolutes, injury trends analysis, investigation (root cause analysis) and reporting, tracking and corrective action • Coordination, facilitation and participation in working groups and committee meetings at regional and plant level, making recommendations for improvement to management, participation in site EHSQ audits, investigation of OHS events and medical surveillance processes for injured employees • Develop and deliver EHS training programs as required • Administrative support and preparation of reports for management as required (such as monthly EHS performance report; support translation of key HPEHS standards/guidance into Arabic)

1-( Policy Implementation and Procedure - contributed to the team for being audited by OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & Social accountability system SA 8000 . My team was dedicated for the preparation for these audits each year including documentation, site preparation and Preventive / corrective measures 2- Operational Improvement - Developed and implemented Pollution elimination system . and chain of custody reports . 3- Developed a time reduction tool for the unscheduled entry for bag filters by utilization of the purging system to reduce the CO ratio faster. 4- Technology implementation -- Established Site emergency response team and training database . 5- Management relationships -- Maintained excellent relationships with regulatory agency representatives
