- Scope to expand the Butadiene Extraction Plant from the current capacity with 60% increase in Butadiene production.
- I’ve been working as Senior Engineer with the Challenging PK Butadiene DBN project for the past three years leading project control activities in scoping, engineering management, Risk, cost and schedule. During this time the team and I have been providing incredible values to PK through strategies been developed and implemented for them, which we have successfully announced the completion safely with 1 month ahead of plan worth millions of dollars in production.

Sr. Planning Engineer, SHROUQ ACN-NaCN “New Company Joint Venture Formation":
- FEED (Front End Engineering Design): Seoul, South Korea
- Saudi Japanese Acrylonitrile Company (SHROUQ), is recently registered SABIC JV Company with a project scope to establish world-scale plants to manufacture acrylonitrile (ACN) and sodium cyanide (NaCN), with subsequent sales and distribution to be carried out by the partners.
- I was leading the Project Control activities, had an elevating experience with the integrated Saudi-Japanese team and concluded the FEED scope with Cost savings worth millions of dollars

I developed immensely of experience and close interfaces with affiliates with the responsibility of planning and managing scope, risk, cost and schedule of engineering design, Procurement, and construction in different Site Sizable Projects:
- United C10 purification and Amine recovery (2011-2012).
- Kemya Sea Water System Upgrading (2009-2011).
- Ar-Razi Separate Flare Stack for Each Plants (2009 - 2011).
- Kemya Quench and Caustic System Modification (2008 -2009).
- United Extension of 2 Storey Admin. Building (2008).

- Arrange regular progress reports for SABIC E&PM Projects, analysis and recommendations addressing projects issues to ensure meeting Projects objectives and KPIs.
- Validating Project Planning and Control Procedures / Standards to ensure strong basis for project Success.
- Direct Project Control activities, develop, interpret, and execute policy, objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis.

Provided control system design by developing the individual control and instrumentation loops and the related interconnection and installation details using P&ID, piping and instrumentation diagram. This supports Saudi Aramco Projects.
