Working as a Supervisor for teachers and students, Supervisioning and taking care of all things that belongs to them such as activities, classes, attendance and also trips. ensure that everything is going perfectly.
Selling and Troubleshooting.
Had a training session in the company which is a leading Egyptian group of companies with a diversified range of diversified portfolio and working on huge number of projects all over the world. ( it is COPC 2000 and ITIL certified ). Worked in McDonald’s project and learned how to handle the call and finish as short as possible with the best customer satisfaction. I also understood the Contact Center environments how to handle the customer and dealing with colleagues
It is a security systems company which is specialized in Marketing, analyzing, installing and providing solutions (hardware and software) related to any security issue. plus IP-Telephony and CCTV
Worked in the Hospital as an IT Support and Desk Service Support for fixing problems and find immediately solutions for any problems appears in all of its’ branches, it can be similar to any IT troubleshooting because problems which are appear in any company are commonly exists. I took part of Project to Upgrade the operating system of the computers to new once and updating necessary used applications. As well working with them was well organized because of the critical of the situation.

It is an IT supporting company which support and control most of UAE governments from Networking, Database, Software and Desk Support Service. I Worked on a Project to upgrade the old Computers in the organizations to new devices, and also I was playing role in Desk Support Provider as responding for tickets and calls that user requested from different locations like:
• fix any computer bugs & problems.
• Connecting any type of devices & configure them. ( Computer, Printers, Scanners, Cameras, IP Telephony )
• Network problems ( wires, Routers and Browsers )
• Some various programs settings.
• Bring the whole computer and install all if components then configure it to be used by the user in the organization also joining it to the domain and connect the required accessories to it.
• Using HP Support Desk Service to receive calls from users within the organization and the service covered places.
• Providing the support covering wide range area and many destinations ( outside Visits )

supporting, dealt with big companies and gained some promoting experience.
Abu Dhabi University ( United Arab Emirates) Joined Information System & Technology college for the academic year 2008/2009 and graduated with bachelor degree in 2012/2013. • Having a Minor in Business Admainistration Courses.
