- Review Projects Target vs Actual Revenue / CM and work closely with all HOPM to ensure it.
- Analyze GAP for Region find the root cause and provide backup plan to achieve region’s Target
- Get Voice of Customer during Customer Satisfaction Survey to improve and drive company strategy towards customers.

2-IT Tools and Process Leader: Establish Central team to support project operations, monitor and add control points (KCP) along with total project life cycle to improve Rep. Office KPIs.
3-SharePoint system owner: develop new automated and resilient system to archive and accept all project documents among all stakeholders.
4-Internal Audit Manager: Responsible for Audit preparation, Prepare Audit program in accordance with internal audit requirements, prepare and discuss final audit report.

Responsibilities:-
1-Prepares project plans, get management and customer approval.
2-Check contract terms and clauses with customer to identify exact project scope, RAM, SLA and project risks
3-Support contract manager to Conduct procurement with subcontractors to cover all related scope requested by customer.
4-Identify cash flow plan based on customer contract terms and subcontractor payment terms.
5-Monitors rollout progress, ensure project milestones are timely achieved.
6-Get acceptance for work done (PAC/FAC).
7-Review and Monitor Project accounting Profit and Loss based on Project estimated and approved Budget with PFC.
8-Maintain the project finance status (Cost, revenue, Billing and collection) as agreed target with management.
9-Monitor project KPI’s (CPI and SPI) and apply for budget update when necessary.
10-Hold regular meetings with all stakeholders to monitor project progress and discuss any risk during implementation.
11-Manage day to day project implementation with all related difficulties.
12-Approve PO (Purchase Order) of subcontractor based on actual work done.
13-Get customer acceptance (PAC/FAC) preliminary and final acceptance for work done.
14-Ensure all project documents are archived and lessons learned are registered.
Achievements:-
1-Successfully implemented and running of more than 800 Microwave Links.
Responsibilities:-
1-Supervise Installation and commissioning of Swap sites (RTN Series (950, 910))
2-Hold Training for Subcontractor.
3-Revise SOP for Implementation as per Vodafone special requirements.
4-Back office “Migration and circuit creation” Engineer
5-Circuit Creation, Traffic Migration and Network Monitoring.
6-Troubleshooting and Maintenance for Vodafone Core Network using T2000.
7-Hold training to Vodafone 2nd Line (Back Office) Team.
