• Take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales), such as
Verifying Credit applications from the sales man, checking credit worthiness of the customers and fixing the credit limit for the customers.
Visit customers to settle down customers complain. Audit customer’s accounts through invoices & shipping bills and report to commercial department.
Receive all inquiries and complaints received from customers and respond quickly to solve them.
Be link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues.
• Management sales Support teams & customer service, such as
Prepare quotations and handle tenders.
Support the Sales team in them daily business.
Support the sales team in important customer events and fairs.
Responsible for the maintenance of our customer database.
Coordinate among various factory departments to enhance and speed performance of work and assure the achievements of sales process.

Commercial preparation of management reports (daily report of sales, discounts, the average selling price per ton, sectors, customers).
Following up the monthly target for sales.
Following up the monthly target for collecting department and the bad debts.
Write a report to explain the work done
Determine the selling prices according to the pricing policy.
Support sales teams, review production orders, monitor prices and production material.
