• All TE Data Access/Core network devices installation, configuration & insertion in the live network
• All physical installations & sites preparations within TE Data core network deployment
• Responsible for all TE Data deployment/provisioning
• Implement and supervise the suppliers, workers and staff in handling all activities
• Provide the project team with an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirements and status to ensure subsequent decisions are well found
• Ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes
• Prioritize the hardware installations according to the network utilization
• Provide regular reports including project status, issue lists, and scheduled change controls with scope of work description
• Ensure systems updated with the new activations and changes
• Manage hardware Installation and activation cycle.
• Stay on top of the latest Telecom/ISP technologies and the market dynamics, by reviewing of new technologies, equipment, and services respecting adherence to Network standards.
• Contributed in setting processes & the external audits successes of ISO 9001 & 27001 Agreeing project objectives
• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
• Lead Technical Support team to meet TE-Data vision.
• Manage retention program, loyalty program and highest level of complaints.
• Responsible for customer segmentation.
• Analysis and enhance the customer relations.
• Monitoring to achieve the agreed SLA to prevent customers' discontent.
• Manage training programs schedules for the newcomers.
• Coordinating staff evaluation.
• Coordinate and follow up the new projects.
• Planning (Projects, Meeting, Conferences...etc).
• Participating in developing a world-class technical/customer support team.
• Reports on progress of employees under my responsibility.
