1- Making site survey to indicate scope of work and prepare minutes of meeting document
2- Study the scope of work and discus with client the proper solutions
3- Communicated with suppliers to get best offer for materials that is in my scope of installation
4- Make a complete technical and Quotation offer for the project by following the factory’s standard
5- Modify the offer based on client requests

1-Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance schedule done by MAXIMO program
2- Set up planned shutdown with relevant departments for maintenance purposes
3- Keep proper history documentation for machineries break down, repairs and preventive actions.
4- Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and report any machines/equipments deficiencies to top management to eliminate expected losses/breakdowns
5-Study wiring diagrams, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures
6-Provided technical support to the team members and solve all problems
7-directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians and fitters to get the job done correctly
8-Recruit, train and supervise a sufficiently large staff of competent equipment maintenance technicians
11-Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used and forecasting of spare parts
12-Follows safety guidelines established by the Company
