o Strictly implement the company's all rules and regulations and safety operation system. Strictly keep the company's secret, protect the company's benefits and observe professional ethics.
o Be responsible for finishing position duties and all the tasks that assigned by superior leaders. Be responsible to monitor of electrician about work quality. Strictly obey department's dispatching rule, improve work efficiency and quality in all aspects.
o Be responsible for maintaining, installing, repairing electicity in production department and other departments. Be familiar with all systems' technological process within working area.

o Take actively part in activities, such as repaire old equipments and make full use of waste materials, save water and electricity, increase revenue and reduce consumption, reduce material consumption.
o Be responsible for accomplishing the other temporal and mandatory tasks.
o Accept the order and command from superior leader consciously, finish position duties and all the tasks that the superior leaders ordered seriously, shift leader should be responsible for leader of Fiber Drawing Shift in the quality of tasks.

o Be responsible for supporting the section to do the work about rectifying worker's behavior, employees' training, basic management, technical parts management and other management work.
o Be responsible for dealing with emergencies.
