1. Receive and maintain the hiring documents for new hires to be easily retrieved when needed and used in further hiring process.
2. Handle the social insurance and labor office inspection visits, provide inspectors with the documents needed and facilitate their mission.
3. Communicating with the labor and social insurance office to resolve any problems and ensuring the hiring process is consistent with labor laws and regulations.
4. Prepare the related official documents for termination or resigned employees.
5. Responsible for the recruitment process for the factory labor by maintaining a reliable recruitment channels and interviewing labors
-Excellent knowledge of labor law requirements - professional in social insurance rules and regulations - Excellent Experience with legal hiring procedures and electronic attendance systems as well - work in a computerized environment and work with personnel systems
Monitoring and administering Staff attendance & leaves balances according to labor law. Administering all kind of records or transactions which reflect on staff monthly payroll and any payments regarding wages & salaries and according to policies, procedures & Labor Law. Preparing & handling Personnel issues (Work contracts according to labor law, Social insurance, hiring and termination processes according to labor & Social insurance law). Handling all related issues to social insurance & Labor Office authorities. Establish and maintain all personal files &records
