Scope of work :
o Developing Detailed Baseline schedule
o Preparing the weekly and monthly progress reports
o Updating the Progress on monthly basis, then issuing the integrated monthly schedule update
o Tracking and maintaining the Scope from changes, however, if happened, controlling the effects of the changes
on the overall project schedule.
o Adapting and modifying the schedule as per the site performance and scope changes, if any.
o Resource loading to the project schedule, then leveling them based on the availability of them within the project time
frame.
o Preparing variance analysis between the planned and the actual progress and prioritizing the outcome based on
the criticality of them.
o Preparing the look ahead schedules weather it’s in a time frame of 2 weeks, 1 month or 2 months.
o Tracking & monitoring the assigned resources to prevent them from exceeding the availability limits which will
affects work progress.
o Generating L4 schedules for specific systems/areas based on the needs and criticality of them.
o Initiating, updating and reviewing the project progress/bulk curves.
