1. HR Strategy:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's HR strategy.

5. Compliance and Employee Relations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Maintain HR data and generate reports for decision-making and compliance purposes.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Create and upgrade HR dashboard for management view for efficient decision making.

7. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Participate in the candidate sourcing, screening, and selection process for senior positions.
