Leads annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment.
Leads the critical people projects that support achieving business objectives “ Restructuring - Business units establishing / Phasing out - downsizing - etc.
Talent Management
Designing and implementing the learning intervention in all strategic meetings (Corporate strategy workshop, annual roadshow, and divisional strategic workshop) that reinforce the meeting theme and objectives.
Ensuring Business Sustainability through leading Future Leaders " Succession planning " Program, identifying the critical jobs, high potential calibers, designing & monitoring their IDP (70: 20: 10).
Learning & Development
Managing Nahdi Academy and launched more than 50 training programs and fully developed 7 complete learning products from scratch in different business areas.
Initiating many products applying the most recent trends in teach management (Gamification, adult learning, social learning, bite-size content, etc) that tripled the number of attendees while saving 35% of learning investment.
Managing the Learning & Development multi-million budget for all divisions to ensure the best utilization of available resources.
Handling the 3rd party provider relationship starting from the sourcing phase into managing the contract and reporting on the quality performance of the provider against the set KPIs.
Managing the effectiveness and utilization of the company eLearning portal (E3LAM) and report on the enrollment of company employees against the defined targets and KPIs.
Directly managing the team of talent development officers catering for their personal development and enlargement opportunities
