Ensuring that all required documents, conditions and collateral are obtained from the corporate clients in their due time, kept valid, maintained in conformity of the credit approval.
Reviewing facility limits, terms and conditions before approving any daily transactions.
Ensuring transactions fall within facility purpose before the approval.

Receiving the required auto loan, personal loans documents from the designated branches.
Assure that all the documents are completed, fulfilled, singed and stamped from the customer services officer and client.
In case of any mismatch in the client’s signature or any mistake on the warranty checks (amount, number of checks, client name or signature), the entire document will be delivered back to the branch’s side to be handled.
After receiving the right singed documents we received the booking document (Insurance, traffic letter, copy of license, cash down payment and the letter of payment).
Matching the signed documents and booking documents with the credit file on the system.
Reviewing the I-score for the client and the dealer coded on the system to get the case booked and executed on system.
Prepare an e-mail with all the pending cases and send it the coordinators to be handled and solved.
Help the customers if they have any problems, descriptions, anything related to mobinil products.
